Stayed over New Year and had a great time. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the pool was just what we were looking for. The location was perfect for us as we were looking for a bit of peace and quiet away from the busy city. Really enjoyed the day trips offered by the staff - great value for money. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful.
That it was a bit isolated, so we had to drive quite a bit to get to any attractions. , the breakfast was not as good as we expected - could use some improvement.

The hotel staffs are super nice. Very helpful, and funny. When flood problem is over, I wanna go to see them again. I rented a scooter, it was bit cheaper but better than other rental shop in town.

We stayed there for 1 night, city trip. The gps location is not exact, we took more than 1 hour to find it. You need to look for Wat Toon, the hotel stay at the other side.They have a very good pool that you can use anytime you want. For a night swim is very good, very hot place. The room is very good, spacious and clean, good air con., Good bath., Tv cable and free wifi. The breakfast is good also. Free car park inside the hotel. They allow our dog with us in the room. Recommended!

If you're on a tight budget and traveling from Bangkok to Chang Mai, this hotel is worth considering. Within a quick drive to local sights, and the owners are incredibly nice. Rooms are very clean and quiet - perfect for a light sleeper - and the breakfast is simple but delicious. the swimming pool offers a refreshingly cooling dip and there is a karaoke room if you want to sing a tune.

The pool area was nice and offered a good chance to cool down from the heat. the breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the option of having both Thai and Western food. the location provided a quiet and relaxing escape from the city.
The room itself was dirty and not well-maintained. the sheets were stained, the bathroom was moldy and smelled bad, and the air conditioning made loud noises all night.
